The system can target those customers most likely to act upon the message by using specific environment attributes such as Operating System, product brand, connectivity type (Narrowband or Broadband), geography, language, and several other environmental factors. The messaging system distributes secure messages using technologies designed to minimize adverse impacts on system resources and does not use any personally identifiable information to target recipient systems.

          Benefits:

  • Ability to quickly distribute information to customers without using personally identifiable information
  • Can provide targeted information to customer most likely to respond to call-to-action – information will be contextually relevant to them
  • A vehicle for gathering customer feedback leading to products that address the market needs
